Garry Wilmoski has over 45 years experience as a senior level operations manager in the transportation industry and a transportation consultant for one of the world’s largest insurance carriers. He demonstrated a record of significantly improving gross revenues and profits, identifying savings in insurance and claims settlement, attracting owner operators, and lowering cargo loss and improving services for the motor carriers and the customers of the insurance carrier. He continuously performed within the FMCSA/DOT regulations and the application of industry best practices for both motor carriers and their brokerage operations.
Mr. Wilmoski is intimately familiar with the operational needs of a motor carrier/brokerage operations and the shipping and receiving customers within the areas of safety, compliance, risk management, auto liability and cargo claims, insurance, human resources, recruitment, purchasing, receivables, billing, security and facilities management working with truckload carriers, water carriers and underwriters for insurance carriers. Previously, he's worked with information systems groups to improve work processes and productivity. He has also worked with self-insured programs and completed negotiation and placement of self-insured and off-shore insurance programs.

Mr. Wilmoski served on the senior management team being responsible for the daily operations of over 100 staff members in the areas of Safety and regulatory compliance, claims, insurance programs, human resources, employee and owner operator recruitment, purchasing, billing and facility management. He negotiated and resolved customer service failures, claims from vehicle accidents and cargo damages including hiring attorneys and negotiating to an acceptable outcome. Garry participated on a team to set up the freight brokerage operation. He also developed and managed the presentation of training subjects in safety, compliance and operations for management, employees, drivers and owner operators. He was also in charge of handling fiscal and budgetary responsibilities within the company.
